What payment methods do you accept?
Cash is preferred, but we also accept bank transfers. Payment is typically due before or at the time of the session.
Can I cancel or reschedule a session?
Yes — sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.
Do you offer trial sessions?
Yes. We offer a discounted trial session so you can meet your tutor and see if it's the right fit before committing to regular sessions.
Are there any additional fees?
No hidden fees — the price you see is the price you pay. Travel costs for in-person sessions may apply depending on location.
